Service

By accessing or using any Quill service — including Quinn, Quinn Pro, and Quinn Sage — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

These terms apply to all users regardless of plan tier. Free and Premium users are subject to the same conduct requirements.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quill. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Access to adult content on Premium requires you to be 18 or older.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account is personal to you. The following are prohibited regardless of intent or circumstance:

• —Reselling, transferring, or sharing your account or subscription with any other individual or entity
• —Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or enforcement actions
• —Using another person's account without their explicit authorisation
• —Providing false information during account registration or verification

You may not use Quill to produce, assist with, or facilitate any of the following:

• —Malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, exploit code, or any software designed to damage, access without authorisation, or interfere with a system or its data
• —Development, procurement, or deployment of conventional weapons or CBRNE materials
• —Illicit activities, goods, or services, including those that violate applicable local, national, or international law
• —Real-money gambling operations or platforms, including the generation of odds, mechanics, or operational infrastructure for unlicensed gambling
• —Unsolicited penetration testing or security probing of systems you do not own or have explicit written permission to test
• —Circumventing or attempting to circumvent Quill's content filters, safety systems, or access controls
• —Use in national security or intelligence operations without prior written approval from QuillAI
• —Tailored professional advice — including legal, medical, financial, or psychological — presented as a substitute for a licensed practitioner without appropriate professional involvement

All users have a right to safety. Quill must not be used for any of the following:

• —Threats, intimidation, harassment, stalking, or defamation of any individual or group
• —Content that promotes, facilitates, or provides instruction for suicide, self-harm, or disordered eating behaviours
• —Sexual violence or the production of non-consensual intimate imagery or text

• —Terrorism, incitement to violence, or promotion of hate-based violence against any individual or group
• —Planning, recruiting for, or glorifying acts of mass violence or organised extremism

• —Destruction, compromise, or unauthorised access to another person's or organisation's systems, data, or property
• —Infringement of intellectual property rights, including systematic reproduction of protected content

You may not use Quill to compromise the privacy of others. This includes aggregating, monitoring, profiling, or distributing private or sensitive information about individuals without their authorisation.

The following are specifically prohibited:

• —Building or contributing to facial recognition databases without the informed consent of data subjects
• —Real-time remote biometric identification of individuals in public spaces
• —Using a person's likeness, photorealistic image, or voice without their consent in ways that could mislead others about authenticity
• —Evaluating, classifying, or scoring individuals based on social behaviour, personal traits, or biometric data, including social scoring or profiling
• —Inferring individuals' emotions in workplace or educational settings, except where necessary for documented medical or safety purposes
• —Assessing or predicting an individual's likelihood of committing a criminal offence based on personal traits or profiling alone

Quill must never be used to exploit, endanger, or sexualise anyone under 18 years old. The following are strictly prohibited without exception:

• —Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether fully AI-generated or partially derived from real imagery
• —Grooming of minors, including content designed to build inappropriate trust or access
• —Exposing minors to graphic sexual, violent, or self-harm content
• —Promoting disordered eating, harmful diet culture, or dangerous exercise behaviour directed at minors
• —Content that shames, stigmatises, or targets the body type or physical appearance of a minor
• —Generating or facilitating access to dangerous challenges targeting minors
• —Sexual or graphically violent roleplay involving characters under 18
• —Facilitating underage access to age-restricted goods, substances, or activities

Quill may be used to explore, discuss, or creatively engage with religious themes, traditions, and beliefs. However, the service must not be used in ways that endanger, dehumanise, or incite harm on the basis of religion or belief.

The following are prohibited:

• —Content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups on the basis of their religion, faith, or lack thereof
• —Impersonating religious leaders, clergy, or institutions in ways that could mislead others or cause reputational harm
• —Producing content designed to radicalise individuals toward religious extremism or justify violence in the name of any faith
• —Generating fraudulent religious communications, fabricated scriptural text presented as authentic, or deceptive theological rulings intended to manipulate
• —Using Quill as part of a scheme to financially exploit individuals through religious pretence, including fraudulent spiritual services, fake charitable appeals, or coercive tithing
• —Targeting individuals for harassment or abuse specifically because of their religious identity or practice

Critical analysis, satire, academic discussion, and fictional exploration of religious topics remain permitted provided they do not cross into the prohibited categories above.

Quill must not be used to undermine people's ability to make free and informed decisions, access essential services, or participate in civic life.

• —Deceit, fraud, scams, phishing, spam, or impersonation of individuals or organisations
• —Academic dishonesty, including generation of coursework, assessments, or credentials misrepresented as the user's own original work

• —Political campaigning, lobbying, or the generation of mass influence content without appropriate disclosure
• —Domestic or foreign election interference, including voter suppression, disinformation, or demobilisation activities

Quill must not be used to automate consequential decisions in the following domains without meaningful human review:

• —Critical infrastructure and public safety systems
• —Housing allocation or tenancy decisions
• —Employment screening, hiring, or termination
• —Financial services, lending, and credit assessment
• —Insurance underwriting or claims adjudication
• —Legal proceedings or determinations
• —Medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or clinical triage
• —Essential government services and benefits eligibility
• —Immigration and asylum decisions
• —Law enforcement risk scoring or sentencing recommendations

QuillAI reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice where the violation is severe or ongoing.

Violations that involve illegal activity, harm to minors, or threats to safety may be escalated to relevant authorities. Subscription fees are non-refundable following a termination for breach of these terms.

If you believe your account was actioned in error, you may contact us at the address listed in Section 13.

Quill's models generate outputs based on patterns in training data. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for independently verifying any information used in a consequential context.

QuillAI provides its services on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuillAI's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by QuillAI's negligence.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via email or through the service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Quill after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
